Early Years
From 1996 to 2000, Michael attended the University of Texas in Austin, where he earned a BBA in Management Information Systems.
He finished college at the height of the DotCom Bubble and the start of a major employment market downturn. Due to a lack of employment, he became
a DJ and then a manager at an Austin gentlemen’s club.
Michael gained knowledge about the value of straight, clear communication during this time as well as the value of speaking with a powerful voice and
managing others in difficult situations.
The Armed Forces
Michael left Austin in 2004 and enlisted in the US Air Force as a KC-135 navigator after seeing the 9/11 atrocities. He served in the Air Force for seven
years, rising to the rank of Captain and earning the rating of Instructor Navigator.
For his 400+ combat flying hours over Iraq and Afghanistan, he received numerous awards, including Navigator of the Year for his squadron in 2008, an Air
Force Achievement Medal as a planning officer during the Summer Surge in Afghanistan in 2009, and several additional air decorations.
Michael gained an understanding of the value of strong leadership, ethics, intense ownership, and perseverance during this time.
Michael also gained an understanding of the tremendously damaging effects of ineffective leadership and passive hostile behavior at this time.
Hosting
Michael left the Air Force in 2011 and relocated to Las Vegas, where he worked as an event presenter before becoming a self-help coach. Beginning with
minor pageants, Michael gradually expanded the scale of the events until he was presenting quite sizable bikini contests and nightclub parties in Vegas. He
eventually took on the roles of MC and recruiter for several very sizable parties and charitable events in Los Angeles.
During this time, Micheal discovered the significance of high-level networking, value arbitrage, establishing a rapport with clients and sponsors, and
cultivating an abundant mindset.
Finance
Michael began studying finance in 2013 as a side endeavor, and in 2015 he began working with clients as a money manager

He received his education from Tom Sosnoff, the world’s greatest authority on stock option trading and the creator of the platforms Think or Swim and
TastyWorks. Michael manages a proprietary fund’s portfolio in addition to being one of the Follow Traders on the TastyWorks platform.
Michael gained a profound understanding of the significance of statistical and quantitative analysis with reference to decision-making in all facets of life
from the field of finance. Additionally, he gained knowledge on how to operate in a variety of financial markets, including those for currencies, bonds,
futures, cryptocurrencies, and options.
Podcasts And Guest Appearances
Michael has been called to speak or serve as a guest instructor for a number of different self-help programs since 2008. He would discuss a variety of
topics, such as science, the military, astronomy, finance, dating, enlightenment, sociology, networking, and human attraction.
In terms of knowledge, Michael is very well-rounded. He finishes 45 to 55 novels a year on every imaginable subject.
The Michael Sartain Show, which he launched afterwards, has since gained popularity and has featured guests like Dan Bilzerian, Tai Lopez, Vegas Dave, Dr.
David Buss, Jay Cutler, Coffee and Cleavage, Amanda Nicole, and many more.
Through these encounters, Michael gained an understanding of the value of public speaking, thankfulness, and intellectual curiosity. In addition, he learned
the value of helping others through education and philanthropy, as well as win-win scenarios.
Action men
Michael founded the Men Of Action initiative in 2019. These lessons and many more came together throughout the program.

Grant attended Montana State University to study economics and computer science. He has always identified as a “nerd,” and you could often find him
creating modified code for the video games he used to play.
In both track & field and soccer, Grant was an All-State performer. He was named the player most likely to turn pro, won numerous soccer honors, played
on prestigious teams across the country, and received several Division 1 scholarships after graduating from high school. He turned down these offers and
shifted his attention from sports to business.
Grant, who has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, has founded seven companies, ranging from full-fledged construction firms to fashion labels. He has
also worked as a wildland firefighter and a senior banker for a bank that manages more than $500,000,000 in assets.
He joined Men of Action as the CMO and assisted in growing the company into a seven-figure enterprise in just 10 months, using his expertise in
economics and business marketing as well as his commitment and determination.

Miguel graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in mathematics.
Miguel worked as an Actuary after graduating, assisting insurance companies in maximizing earnings and lowering risk. Miguel began working as an intern
for a business that deals with relationships at this period and swiftly advanced from creating blogs and YouTube videos to being one of their top executive
coaches.
He started working at Real Social Dynamics after finishing his internship. Miguel participated in the management of the program’s operations and was
hired as an executive coach.
Vegas Immersion was put on hold when COVID occurred, and he began instructing men live over Zoom with Men of Action. Due to the undeniable
quantity of results the program provided, this swiftly expanded into a seven figure business.
Miguel has been crucial to the company’s expansion to the seven figure level. He is now in charge of Men of Action’s Vegas Immersion division and is
committed to providing the finest experience for customers.
